It is a privilege to support first responders and other individuals impacted by operational stress, cumulative trauma, and critical incidents. I am an approved provider with the RCMP, BCEHS, First Responder Health, and WorkSafeBC Critical Incident Response (CIR) Program.

If your request is time-sensitive, please contact me directly by phone, text, or email. I will do my best to prioritize care and provide trusted referral options when needed.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) who specializes in trauma therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy services. I have advanced training in Critical Incident Stress Management, Early Intervention EMDR, and first responders Occupational Stress Injuries/Traumatic Stress Injuries.

I offer in-person therapy in Squamish and online throughout British Columbia. I support individual adults, first-responders, youth, and parents/caregivers with trauma-informed care.

I have extensive experience supporting a range of mental health responses and challenges surrounding occupational trauma exposure, developmental/childhood and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, neurodiversity, alcohol/substance use, parenting/family dynamics, and family conflict.
